Hi, I’m Randa, an advocate for all women to feel strong and confident in their pregnancy body. And a firm believer that pregnancy and birth is a truly life changing experience that we should all prepare for, whether it’s our first baby or our fourth.
As a highly qualified and experienced women’s wellness yoga teacher, hypnobirthing practitioner and doula… plus a mother of 2 (who has experienced everything from natural to caesarean births and breast to bottle feeding). I have seen first-hand how beautiful it can be to connect with your baby at any stage in your pregnancy through yoga.
Teaching mindfulness and yoga through pregnancy, birth and post-natal is my way of contributing to the world and making it a better place. After all, a happy, healthy and strong mum can positively change the dynamics of the home and family.
Through this course and community my promise to you is that you will regain control of your mindset, learn to trust your body and feel heard, seen and supported.
From aches and pains, to sleepless nights and stressful days, helping mamas overcome their pregnancy challenges is what lights me up and I love to pass the tools to a positive pregnancy and birth experience on to you.
